Palo Santo

Palo santo is used for spiritual and emotional cleansing, stress reduction, and promoting relaxation through burning as incense or using its essential oil. 

Light the Palo Santo stick: Hold one end of the stick over a flame for about 30 seconds until it catches fire. Then, blow out the flame, and let the smoke waft around your space. Move the stick around: Use a feather, your hand or a dish to spread the smoke around your space.
